Alan Clayton Flinchum, born on August 4, 1951, was a joyful child with a zest for life. Known affectionately as "Hank," he was well-liked and had many friends in the neighborhood. A natural athlete, he excelled in sports like football and baseball, and he was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys, the St. Louis Cardinals, and the Oklahoma Sooners. Alan never met a stranger and embraced life fully until his final day.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Derald Clayton Flinchum and Peggy Joyce (Lewis) Flinchum. Alan is survived by his sister, Sharon Manning, and brother-in-law, Joseph Manning, along with many cousins and friends who cherished him.  Memorial service to be held 2:00 pm Saturday, August 31, 2024, at Kingdom Hall Jehovah's Witness in Sand Springs, Oklahoma.
