Aneen
Crawford
Sep 1, 1952 — Nov 28, 2022
Sand Springs
Aneen Crawford went to her heavenly home on Monday, November 28, 2022, at the age of 70. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Thursday, December 1, at the Mobley-Groesbeck Chapel with Pastor Lee Herring officiating. A graveside service will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Ft. Gibson National Cemetery.
Aneen was born September 1, 1952, in Tulsa to Charles H. Graham and Gloria D. (Crabtree) Graham. Through mutual friends, Aneen met the love of her life, Dennis R. Crawford. They united in marriage on January 28, 1972, in Tulsa. They enjoyed traveling together, and she often joined him on his work related travels.
A beautiful woman who loved beautiful things. She had a creative mind with the ability to look at things and see their potential and how beautiful they could become. Shopping and decorating was her passions, and if you stood long enough you were decorated as well. Like in the magazines, her home was frequently updated and always decorated for the season.
Aneen devoted her life to her husband, children and grandchildren. She was very generous and loved spending time with friends and family. Never wanting to be alone, her home was always open as well as her pantry. Aneen saw more good than bad, laughed often and cherished a good hard belly laugh.
Aneen is preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Dennis of the home; daughters: Vivian Denise Rains and husband, Marty, and Heather Deann Tolbert and husband, Leon all of Sapulpa; sisters: Toneen Bauldree and husband, Mark of Sapulpa, and Diane Wilson and husband, Gary of Tulsa; grandchildren: Chandler Aneen Cullip, Chelsea Denise Barrett and husband, Lars, Shelby Danielle Pennington, Barrett Dennis Ray Tolbert, Hudson Kyler Tolbert, and Bo Cooper Rains; and great-grandchildren: Weston Maverick Cullip and Hadley Marie Harris.
