Barbara Sue was born 2-13-47 to John and Pearl White.  She met Billy Hardage, and they were married July 19, 1966, until his death. Out of their union 3 children were born, David, Carla, and Cindy. Barbara then met Harvey Bohannon and they married November 22, 1989, and Harvey brought two sons, Harvey Jr. and Steve along with Barb's 3 children.
Barbara loved the Lord, she loved serving others, encouraging others, being the example of Christ and extending grace and love to all she came in contact with. She was an ordained Free Will Baptist Minister and traveled with her siblings from church to church, to park ministry, to attending and facilitating funerals, to being the hands and feet of Christ, touching every life she came in contact with. She loved the Lord and wanted each person to know and love Him as she had.
Barbara was a wife to Harvey for 34 years, they traveled the country and enjoyed the beauty of God's creation. Barbara loved being a Mama, she loved her children unconditionally and set the example of walking by faith. Her greatest joys were all of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She cheered them on during their activities, she was at every birth, and she showed them how to love like Jesus loves. She left a legacy filled with God's word, knowing that when she took her last earthly breath, she would be seeing The King of Kings, the One she sang so many songs about.
Barbara Bohannon is survived by her husband Harvey Bohannon of the home, son, David Hardage, daughter Carla Longshore and husband Dan, daughter Cindy Bartling and husband, Rusty. Bonus son Harvey Jr. and wife Jamie. Grandchildren, Brandon Bohannon and wife Amber, Chastity Hardage, Chelsea Hardage, and Cheyenne Bartling. Great Grandchildren, Brody Hensley, Kevin Pilon Jr. Sofia and Hallie Robertson, Cameron, Autumn, Branson, Clayton, and Elsie Bohannon. Her siblings, Johnny White and wife Phyllis, Billy White and wife Hazel.
She leaves behind many brothers and sisters in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings Joann, Mary Lou, Jimmy, Earline and Cathey. Her bonus son, Steve Bohannon, her grandchildren Billy Wayne and Heather Sue Hensley, and Hunter Lane Bohannon.
