Barbara Jean Combs, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother, passed away on February 19, 2025, at her home. She was born in Forrest City, Arkansas, on August 17, 1938, to her parents, Cecil and Zelphie Webb.

Barbara is survived by her daughter Donna Cannon, Paula Holmes, and son-in-law Ricky Holmes, along with 8 grandchildren: Allison and husband Tommy Keefer, Kimberley and husband Ben Oxford, Paul Lowrance and wife Christin, Travis Cannon, Evan Lowrance and wife Michelle, Keri and husband Tim Pearson, Chris Holmes and wife Erin, and Matt Holmes and wife Traci. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren: Madison, Lane, Morgan, Hunter, Hayden, Holden, Fisher, Joanie, Hollyn, Myli, Alexa, Keli, Kendal, Kameron, Kortney, Tatum, Wyatt, and Lana, and 3 great-great-grandchildren: Xela, Anaya, and Saige.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, husband Larry Combs, first husband Marvin Hayes, her sibling Roger Webb and wife Dorris, daughter Terrie Bishop, son-in-law John Bishop, and son-in-law David Cannon.

Barbara was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother who touched the lives of those around her. Her greatest joy in life was reading and spending time with her family. Her kindness and unwavering love will forever be remembered.

Visitation will be Monday, February 24, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service. The family will be present from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The funeral service will be Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service in Sand Springs. Interment will be in a private family setting at a later date.
