Benjamin Karl
Weiser
Feb 16, 1977 — Feb 13, 2023
Collinsville
Benjamin Karl "Ben" Weiser was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on Monday, February 13, 2023, at the age of 45. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service of Sand Springs.
Ben was born February 16, 1977, in Plano, Texas, to Michael Karl Weiser and Annabelle Lee (Walterman) Weiser. At the age of 6 months, the family moved to Owasso, Oklahoma, where Ben was raised and attended school. At the age of 16, he was ready for big adventures. He left school and traveled to the Grand Canyon where he found employment, and then off to El Paso before returning home. Ben took every opportunity available to be outdoors camping and fishing. He also enjoyed watching football, and cheering for his team, the Dallas Cowboys.
Ben co-owned Crossroads Cleaning with his dad. He had an amazing work ethic, working nearly every day. He was strong in his Christian faith, and looked forward to awakening to take Jesus' hand. Always thinking of others, Ben would give the shirt off his back if you needed it. He was loyal to the end and helped those he could along the way. He cherished his daughters: Micayla, Catherine and Ashleigh; and he brought a special young man, Jaden Lee Boyce Weiser, into his fold and loved him as a son. He also had a huge heart for animals. His dog, Bouncer, was his companion by his side during his youth. Bouncer would often get Ben's bed, while Ben slept on the floor next to him. Ben leaves behind his current companion and best friend, Hippie.
Ben was also a comedian and filled life with laughter and humor. He was a prolific writer of poetry, enjoyed music, and later in life expressed his art with painting.
Ben was preceded in death by his father, Michael Weiser.
Survivors include his children: Micayla Weiser, Catherine Weiser, and Ashleigh Weiser all of Rochester, MN; grandson, Cassius Weiser; mother and step-father, Annabelle Lee King Glenn D. King of Sand Springs; siblings: Errick B. Weiser and wife, Jennifer of Amherst, Wisconsin, Myles Kent Weiser and wife, Nicole of Collinsville, and Laura Marie Weiser of Sand Springs; nieces and nephews: Jamie and Slate Weiser, and Seth and Gentry Weiser; and close friend and roommate, Malaqui Awe.
Memorial contributions may be made to Dividing Bread Ministry, 115 S. 11th St., Collinsville, OK 74021.
