The family made many trips to Tulsa through the years to visit family, and it was during one of those trips she met Odes Leoine "Sonny" Makaula. They were united in marriage and raised their children in Tulsa.
After high school, Beverly went to work with a local abstract company, then Gulf Oil Company, and C-E Invalco as a secretary for several years. Beverly later became a skilled caretaker and was sought out by many prominent Tulsa family's. There was always a waiting list for Beverly's warm and professional care of loved ones.
Beverly was very health and nutritional conscious; and enjoyed opportunities in sharing her knowledge with others. Beverly had many friends. She opened her heart, and helped those in need. Her family brought her joy, and she always enjoyed spending time with them. Any time they were together she wanted a picture to remember the moment.
Beverly and her family were founding members of Grace Outreach and held services in her home for several years.
She is preceded in death by her daughters: Lea Caudle and Thea Gann-Kelley; her parents; and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her son, Dennis Makaula; brother, Darrell Wallace; grandchildren: Jay Caudle and wife, Sarah, Josh Caudle, Makayla Gann, Alexis Makaula, Will Makaula, Lilia Makaula, and Kaiden Makaula; and great-grandchildren: Luke, Isaiah, Baird, Riley, and Korra.
