Billie Katherine Lee, 74, of Sand Springs, passed away Saturday, October 28th, 2023 with her family by her bedside.

Graveside services are scheduled for Wednesday, November 1st, 2023 at 11:00am at Woodland Memorial Park in Sand Springs, under the direction of Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service. A memorial luncheon will be held after the service at VFW Post 577, 1109 E. 6th St. In Tulsa, Oklahoma. All are welcome.

Billie was born in Talihina, Oklahoma to W. E. McCracken and Addie Palmer McCracken, and grew up in McAlester, Oklahoma.  She attended McAlester Public Schools.

She married the love of her life, Jerry Allen Lee, on December 24th, 1966 in Checotah, Oklahoma, making their home in Tulsa, Oklahoma before moving to the Sand Springs area.

Billie managed Kentucky Fried Chicken for several years, before retiring from management at Cato Fashions.

Surviving is her daughter, Heather Michelle Lee, her sister Roberta Barone and her husband Nicholas Barone, her nephew Anthony Barone, and her grand-cats Socks, Lily, Big Boy and Bonus Cat.
She is remembered for loving her daughter, and the many dogs she adopted over the years. She also enjoyed reading and working in her garden.

Billie was preceeded in death by her husband Jerry Allen Lee, her father W. E. McCracken, Mother Addie McCracken Wallen, stepfather Joseph E. Wallen, her in-laws Clarence Allen and Celeste Virginia Lee, and Brother-in-law Robert Lee.
