Billy Edward Morgan was born on November 29th, 1955, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born to Billy Morgan and Bonnie Salyer. He passed away on June 30th, 2024.

He went to Charles Page High School. Afterward, he worked various jobs throughout his life: crane operator, apartment maintenance, and heating and air. The majority of his working career, he stored, transported, and installed heating and air units.  He loved to sing gospel music on stage at church. The church he attended most frequently was Harvest Time Assembly.

His main pastime was caring for animals. Some of the animals Billy owned over the years were: roller pigeons, chickens, guinea pigs, ducks, turkeys, dogs, cats, and goats. His favorite animals were roller pigeons. He loved to watch them fly together and do flips in the air. He trained and took great care of them.  In 2022, Billy moved into Grace nursing home and made several new friends, including those at the church he attended, and was taken care of by some compassionate workers.

He is preceded in death by his mom, Bonnie, his brother, Tommy Dale, and his son, Daniel.  He is survived by his sister, Susan, his daughters, Crystal and Goldie, and his 7 grandkids.
