Memorial service will be 2 p.m., Friday, September 15, at the Mobley-Groesbeck Chapel with Rev. Fred Waldrep officiating.

Bobby was born January 29, 1958, in Tulsa, OK, to Bobbie Beck and Opal "Marie" (Manes) Beck. He grew up in Sand Springs and graduated from Charles Page High School in 1976.

After high school, Bobby worked as a machinist for several companies, including Smith Company, Sheffield Steel, Gerdau, and T.D. Williamson. He was a skilled and talented craftsman who took pride in his work. He also enjoyed playing guitar and was a gifted cartoonist. He loved to fish and work with his hands and fix things,

Bobby was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was married to Lavon for 38 years until her death in 2014. They made their home in Sapulpa and raised a son together, Christopher. A couple of years after Lavon's death, Bobby caught up with a classmate, Terrisa Hardy, online. They soon became inseparable.

Bobby will be remembered as a kind, gentle, and good man who was loved by all who knew him. He was the best. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

He is survived by his significant other, Terrisa Ann Hardy; son, Christopher Beck and wife, Desiree; stepchildren: Tasha Ball and Airyn Hardy; grandchild: Bryton Beck; step grandchildren: Samuel Ball, Anthony Ball, Lydia Hardy, and Owen Hardy; great-grandchild, Leo Beck; and his beloved dog, Goober.

Bobby loved animals and the Sand Springs Animal Shelter held a special place in his heart. Memorial contributions may be made to the Sand Springs Animal Shelter, 8620 W 21st St, Sand Springs, OK 74063.
