Brenda Kay Wilkerson was born on May 3rd, 1952, in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to John David Ovel and Willie Alice Wilkerson. Brenda went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday May 21st, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Brenda was a proud member of the 1970 graduating class of Charles Page High School. She was a resident of Sand Springs and attended Trinity Baptist and First Assembly of God throughout her life, always proclaiming she was a "bapti-costal". She was a self-taught master in IT and computer databasing. She worked at Mid-Continent for over 20 years, a career that brought her great pleasure and immense pride. Brenda loved to garden, shop, go on trips to Eureka Springs, and anything that involved her family, friends, or her beloved animals.

Brenda was preceded in death by both parents, as well as many aunts, uncles, and other family. She is survived by her sister, Barbara Webb and brother, Richard Wilkerson, as well as the niece who she called daughter, Renee Lohmann and spouse Jerad Lohmann, and their daughters Avery and Wrigley. She is also survived by niece JoAnna Marshall and spouse Rufus Marshall and their children JouShowa and Jeremiah. Nephew Johnathon Webb. Niece April Wilkerson and spouse Michael Wood and children Izabella, Kambrey, and Makenzy.

Services for Brenda will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 12pm at Carbondale Assembly of God, 2135 W. 51st St. Tulsa. Services will be followed by a Graveside at Woodland Memorial Park Cemetery Sand Springs at 2pm. Visitation will be a Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 27th, 2025, from 10am-8pm, with family being present from 5pm-8pm.
