Lovins, Carol L., age 79, passed away January 21,2023 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  She was born April 21,1943 in Alburquerque, N.M., and is the daughter of Thomas and Levada Neeley.  Carol loved to paint, play dominos, was a big Elvis Presley fan as well as O.U. and Dallas Cowboys.  She is survived by her sons, Millard and Benny, sister Rita Rist, 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.  Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Porta Caeli House in Tulsa.  Services are entrusted to the care of Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service.  Funeral service to be held 11:00 am, Thursday, January 26, at Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Home Chapel with interment at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in Broken Arrow. Visitation will be held 12-8 p.m., Wednesday, at the funeral home.
