C.T. was born on November 6, 1972, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Tommy G. Thomas and Victoria E. (Morrow) Thomas Sisney. His roots in Sand Springs ran deep, and he lived there throughout his entire life. He graduated from Charles Page High School in 1992 and, during his formative years, engaged in little league sports.

Following high school, C.T. joined the family business, Morrow-Gill Lumber, dedicating himself to its success. After the closure of the lumber company, he transitioned to Louis V. Lepak Trucking Company, where he worked until his death. In this role, he played a vital role in delivering mail between offices for the United States Postal Service.

C.T.'s magnetic personality made him a social butterfly, endearing him to everyone he encountered. His ability to connect with people earned him a wide circle of friends, who felt like family. Described as the life of the party, C.T. had a knack for bringing laughter and joy to those around him. His loyalty and sociable nature made him everybody's best friend.

In his leisure time, C.T. found solace in fishing and harbored a deep love for dogs and cats, showcasing his compassionate and caring nature.

In addition to his many passions, C.T. was an avid soccer fan, finding joy in the excitement and skill of the sport. His enthusiasm for soccer was contagious, and he shared countless memorable moments with fellow fans. Beyond soccer, he also delighted in watching football, especially OU football, appreciating the strategic plays and camaraderie of the game. C.T.'s love for sports added another layer to his dynamic personality, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those who shared in his excitement for the beautiful game and the gridiron.

C.T.'s journey included a spiritual aspect, as he was baptized at Broadway Baptist Church. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Tommy Thomas, in 2009, as well as his grandparents: Dale and Dorothy Morrow, and Roger Lee and Delores "Grandma Dee" Thomas, and his aunt, Carolyn Cheney.

C.T. is survived by his mother, Vicki Sisney, and her husband, Tim, of Sand Springs; his brother, Bryan Andrew Thomas, and wife, Leah, of Tulsa; nieces and nephews: Tanner, Cole, Lilly, and Milee; aunts and uncles: Mary Manes, Marty and Hart Morris, Deema Edward, and Roger Thomas; and numerous cousins and extended family members.
