Lovins, Clifford D., age 84 of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away from this life on Sunday November 21, 2021 surrounded by his family.  Services are entrusted to Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service in Sand Springs, Oklahoma.  Funeral service is to be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 26, 2021 at Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Home Chapel with interment at Floral Haven Cemetery in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.  Clifford worked for the city of Tulsa as a supervisor in the water-waste department.  An honorable U.S. Army veteran serving his country with honor.  Survived by his wife Carol L. Lovins of Tulsa, sons Millard CM Lovins of Tulsa and Benny D. Lovins and Deana Lovins of Tulsa, sisters Betty Hayward and Cathy Wilson, son-in-law Joel Taber, grandkids Shawn Wagers, Shane Lovins, Ben Lovins, Rowdy Lovins, Brittney Lovins, Stormee Shaffer.  14 great-grandkids and 3 great-great grandkids.  Preceeded in death by daughter Nina J. Taber and 3 grandkids.
