Corey Leon James, 51, of Tulsa went to his Heavenly home on Saturday, December 11, 2021 with his family by his bed.

Corey's services have been entrusted to Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service in Sand Springs.

Corey was born on April 21, 1970 to Nolen Wayne and Beverly Bea (Cole) James in Denver, Co.  He married Rebecca Kathleen James, and she survives.  Corey had worked as a plumber, DJ an most recently as a security guard, of which he was extremely proud.  He was a deeply religious and patriotic person.

Corey leaves to mourn his passing, his wife, Rebecca; three sons, Jake, Bryce, Jayce; four daughters, Denise, Michelle, Vanessa and Patricia; brother Jeff (Chelly) James; uncle Leland James; nephews, Chris, Micky (Jessica) James; great nephews, Tanner and Payton, many grandchildren, God-children, relatives and friends.

Service of Remembrance will be held at Southern Hills Baptist Church on Saturday December 18, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.  A memorial service for Corey wil be held on Sunday, January 2, 2022 at Urban Egg 6991 E. Belleview Ave. Denver, CO.
