Murray, Earl J. age 93 passed away April 4th, 2022, in Tulsa, OK.  Services are entrusted to the Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral service in Sand Springs, OK.  Earl was born November 20, 1928, in Custer County, Oklahoma.  His parents were Earl and Myrtle Murray.  A graduate of Mannford High School then joined the U.S. Army.  Earl retired as an electrical engineer for the city of Tulsa.  Member of River Oaks Christian Church in Jenks, Oklahoma.  Hobbies include golfing, gardening, puzzles, O.U. football and the St. Louis Cardinals, reading the Bible daily and enjoying the time spent with his family. Predeceased by his parents, a son Darold, sister Juanita Varnell, 3 brothers James, Harold, and Darold.  Survived by his wife of 68 years Christine, daughter Peggy Morrow and husband Kem, son Jimmie Murray and his wife Susy, 4 Grandchildren, 3 Great-Grandchildren, and 1 Great-Great Grandchild.  Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m., Friday, April 8th, 2022, at River Oaks Christian Church in Jenks, OK with burial at Oak Hill Cemetery in Mannford, OK.  Military honors will be provided by the U.S. Army funeral honors team and the Patriot Guard.
