She loved bowling and reading, and she was a dedicated member of Lake United Methodist Church throughout her entire life.

A kind and gentle soul, Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Charles, in 2009; her parents; her siblings: Basil Leon "Sonny" Frailey, Maxine Goodman, Christine Clarke Tom, and Jerry Frailey, and her grandson, Kenneth Charles Ledbetter.

Frances is survived by her children: Charyl Ledbetter and husband, Wayne, Dona Gail England, James Kevin Ayers, and forever son in law, Jere Don England. Her legacy lives on through her grandchildren: Kendra Richmond and husband Dusty, Robert Wayne Ledbetter and wife Amber, Kyle Ayers and wife Heather, Amber Ayers, Paden Ayers and wife Chelsea, Jacob England and Taylor, and Amanda Robbins and husband, Aaron. She is also survived by great-grandchildren: Connor Ray Richmond and wife, Stephanie, Chandler Ryan Richmond, Jaxon Wayne, Camden Wayne Ledbetter, Charles Finn Ayers, Ainsley Ayers, Kynlee Robbins, Ryker Robbins and one great-grandchild on the way, Silas James Ayers.
