Rev. Jack Reed went home to Glory, September 10, 2021, celebrating his 86 th birthday the following day with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Jack was Born on September 11, 1935 to Theodore Edson Reed, Jr. and Verna Dell (Osborn) in Pawnee, OK.  At the age of 14, Jack was saved during a Holy Ghost revival and like the apostle Paul " saw a great light " as the spirit of the Holy Ghost came upon him, events that would drastically change his life forever.  At the age of 16, Jack, traveled to Mexico with his Uncle Missionary, T.L. Osborn, and after seeing Mexico's poor and spiritually hungry God gave him a tremendous burden to reach lost souls which would set the course for the rest of his life.  Jack graduated high school in Sapulpa, OK, then attended Waxahachie Bible School in TX.  After leaving Bible School he returned to Mexico to preach the anointed word of God.  In the years to follow Jack was able to reach thousands of precious souls, establishing over 100 churches and missions among the Zapotec Indians throughout the State of Oaxaca.

While ministering at a missionary service at Home Gardens Assembly of God in Sand Springs, OK, Jack met Jacqueline, the love of his life.  They were married on March 12, 1957, and immediately left for the mission field, returning to Mexico and Central America, and continued ministering together around the world for over 64 years. Their ministry took them to over 50 nations, including 17 trips to India.  Jack was a man of true faith and trusted God to supply all his needs, Seeking First the Kingdom of God. (Matthew 6:25-34).  Throughout their ministry they witnessed many miracles with signs and wonders following them.  Lepers were cleansed, Deaf Ears and Blind Eyes opened, and the Crippled have walked as a testimony to the power and glory of our God.  (Mark 16:17-18)

When we opened his Bible, we found the notes from his final message that he preached.  The title was " Beholding His Glory ". . . .

"I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:" (2 Timothy 4:7-8)

Rev. Jack was preceded in death by his parents.
