James "Jimmy" Ira Russell, Jr. 57, of Tulsa passed away on Sunday July 31, 2022 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Jimmy's memorial services have been entrusted to Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service in Sand Springs.

He was born on September 23, 1964 to James Ira and Linda Lea (Boozman) Russell in Los Angles, CA.  The family moved to Oklahoma when Jimmy was a child in 1971.  He graduated from Putnam City High School in Oklahoma City in 1983 and received an Associate Degree from Rogers State University in Claremore, Ok.  Jimmy worked as a heat and air conditioner technician, owning Just Right Services.

Survivors include his father, James Sr.; brother Brendan Russell; sister, Kristi Alexander; and other relatives and friends.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his mother, Linda.

Memorial services will be held on Friday August 12, 2022 at 1:00 pm in the Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service Chapel of Sand Springs, OK with Pastor Kevin McCarty officiating.
