James Franklin Talley Jr age 93 passed away in Tulsa, OK on February 1, 2022.  Born June 21,1928 in Biscoe, Arkansas.  James retired as a machinist in the oil and gas industry.  Hobbies included hunting, fishing and being the owner and head mechanic of race cars.  Predeceased by his parents James and Georgie Talley, granddaughters Tiffany English and Jennifer Talley and son-in-law, Bobby Sartors.  Survived by his wife of 74 years Hazel, daughters Loretta Sartors, Carolyn Ann Culp, Brenda Lee English, son James "Wayne" Talley, 9 Grandchildren, and 18 Great-Grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, Limestone Baptist Church with burial at the Meadowbrook Cemetery.  Funeral services are entrusted to the Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service.
