Jay D. Clark was born on November 20, 1963, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and passed away on June 4, 2025.

A devoted husband, loving father, and proud grandfather, Jay shared 40 beautiful years of marriage with his beloved wife, M'Lisa. His life was centered around his family, and his love for them was unwavering.

He is lovingly survived by his daughters: Adrea Brackett and her husband, Sam; Shelby Bilyk and her husband, Michael; and Chelsea Clark and her fiancé, Stephen, and was a cherished grandfather to Karleigh, Noah, and Piper Brackett; and Grace and Abigail Bilyk.

Jay's legacy of love, loyalty, and family devotion will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 19, 2025, in the Jim Groesbeck Memorial Chapel at Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service in Sand Springs, Oklahoma.
