Jesse E. Jones, of Tulsa (Berryhill), Oklahoma, entered into eternal peace, on Thursday, January 1, 2026 at the age of 84. He was preceded in death by his father Wallace L. Jones, Sr. and mother Caroline Hampton, a baby sister Omajean Ida, brothers Wallace L. Jones, Jr., Ferliegh B. Jones, Paul M. Jones, Forest E. Jones, and son, Dale R. Jones.

He is survived by his wife Ruth M. Jones, son Richard D. Jones and wife Tiffney of Tulsa, and daughter Wyvona Jones Ulman of Argyle, Texas. Also survived by sister Ellen Dobyns. He is also survived by three grandsons and three granddaughters, one great granddaughter, and six great grandsons.

Jesse worked for the steel company in Sand Springs, Oklahoma most recently known as Sheffield Steel his entire career. He loved his family and fishing, and was known to many as Uncle Jesse.
