Kendell was born on February 21, 1987, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Kenneth Duane Johnson and Kimberly Dawn "Potts" Johnson. She was raised in Sand Springs, where she attended Charles Page High School. During her school years, Kendell was active in softball and studied cosmetology—two passions that reflected both her competitive spirit and creative flair.

Known for her fun-loving personality and generous heart, Kendell was the life of the party and a loyal, unforgettable friend. She worked as a server at Rib Crib for several years and was a master penny shopper, always finding joy in the hunt for a great deal. A true animal lover, Kendell had a special place in her heart for all creatures big and small.

She is survived by her two beloved sons, Kade Malikye Booker and Braylon Andre Cowans; her parents, Kimberly Potts Johnson, Kenny and step mom, Amy Johnson; her siblings, Amanda Potts, Ashley Thompson and Patrick, Lane Johnson, and Tehya Johnson; her grandparents, Floyd Potts and Kenneth Leo Johnson; and her cherished nieces and nephews: Gracie Gann, Darren Felmlee, Asia Campbell, Ayla Thompson, KayLee Johnson, and Rhyan Johnson. Kendell also leaves behind numerous cousins, extended family members, and many friends who will miss her dearly.

Kendell's vibrant spirit, loving heart, and contagious laughter will be remembered and celebrated by all who knew her.
