Linda Carol Heim was born to P. L. and Emogene Chalk, July 7, 1943. Linda attended school in Sand Springs from kindergarten through high school graduation.

In October 1959, Linda met Ronnie Heim on a church hayride.  After much teenage orchestration, they later had a blind date.  Four years later, they were married at 19 and celebrated more than 50 wonderful years of marriage.

Before becoming a mother and homemaker she worked as a PBX operator for Southwestern Bell and then Warren Petroleum. She was also vital in establishing and running her husband's medical practice in Sand Springs.

Together Ronnie and Linda share three children Rhonda, Robin, and Regina. Though Sand Springs is the place Linda would always call home, she resided in Tulsa and Stillwater for many years.  Linda was a woman of many words and even more songs. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She always seemed to put others before herself. Linda's hospitality, generosity, quick wit, incredible humor, and fierce love will always be cherished by all whose lives she has touched.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, P.L. and Emogene Chalk, brother Russell Chalk, and husband Dr. Ronald Heim.

Linda is survived by her children; Rhonda and Dr. Jozef Dzurilla of Owasso, Robin Heim-Buthod and William Buthod of Tulsa,  Regina Heim and Joel Carpenter of Stillwater and grandchildren Dr. Katherine Dzurilla and Dr. Daniel Oliver of Pasadena, Emily Dzurilla and Jamie Pond of Los Angeles, Dr. Angela and Jacob Hart of Tulsa, Claire Buthod and Reynaldo Yanez of Tulsa, Ronnie, Johnny, and Caroline Grace Heim-Carpenter of Stillwater, and many cherished nieces and nephews.
