Maggie A. Barnes age 105 passed away December 8,2021 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma.  Funeral services are entrusted to Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service.  Funeral service to be held 1:00p.m., Monday, December 13, 2021 at Easton Heights Baptist Church where Maggie was a long-time member.  Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa, OK.  Maggie was born July 23,1916 in Paris, Arkansas.  Her parents were Jay and Eva.  Maggie enjoyed her job as a telephone operator and retired from S.W. Bell company.  Attended Perry High School in Stigler, Oklahoma. The world lost something precious.  She was the kindest and most big-hearted person one would ever meet.  She embodied what being a Christian meant.  Love thy neighbor and she truly had nothing but love and understanding for everyone.   Hobby she enjoyed the most was sewing.  Pre-deceased by parents, a son and two daughters.  Surviving is daughter Sharon Douglas and 3 grandchildren.
