Matthew Macias, born on October 17, 1951, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2026, at the age of 74. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service of Sand Springs.

He was a devoted family man whose life was defined by love, hard work, and quiet strength. He took great pride in caring for those he loved and always put his family first.

Matthew is survived by his beloved daughter, Raelynn, and his stepdaughter, Kristy House. He leaves behind a large and loving family that includes five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, all of whom were a great source of joy and pride in his life. He is also survived by his sisters, Emma Macias and Francis Squires, and his brother, Felix Macias.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Francis Macias, and his brothers Paul Macias, Cruz Macias, Thomas Macias, Julio Macias, and Alex Macias.

Matthew was a hardworking man throughout his life. Even after retirement, he stayed busy, finding peace and purpose working in his yard—a place where he felt most content. He also had a special love for his dogs, who were constant companions and brought him comfort and happiness.

Matthew will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his strong work ethic, and his kind, steady presence. His legacy lives on through the many generations who were blessed to know and love him.
