Natausha Lynn Mecom of Sapulpa Oklahoma passed away on December 29, 2024.
Natausha was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on January 16, 1975, to Larry Mecom and Shirley Cole, one of five children. She lived her childhood in Sand Springs and most of her adult life in the Tulsa Metro area.
Natausha is survived by her grandmother, Glenda Burgess; mother, Shirley Cole; sons: Zachary Kifer his fiancé, Sunny, with first granddaughter, Kinsley, to be welcomed soon; Jackson and Burgess Bunnell; She is survived by her four siblings: Brad Burgess and wife, Julie, Amber Cowan and husband, Shawn, Brandi Wayman and husband, Ty, Pamela Keeney and husband, Anthony. Natausha also leaves behind many nephews, nieces, and a great nephew along with aunts, uncles, cousins and several other close family members.
Natausha was greeted in heaven by grandparents: Jack Burgess, Bob and Dorothy Mecom, and her father, Larry Mecom.
Natausha was a bit of a free spirit. She liked to go dancing with family and friends. She enjoyed motorcycle rides and seemed to know someone everywhere she went. This carried over into her work life, she was a Jill of many trades; from cosmetology to medical fields, to insurance agent, and even into being a travel agent. Natausha had a big heart and was willing to step in where and whenever needed.
Since she was one of five children, she was affectionately called Nat or the oldest girl. Her siblings fondly remember her smile, bright blue eyes, and her love for taking pictures or selfies with everyone. She loved to help and shop with her grandma or anyone really. Her car was always the life of the party with loud music that varied from country to rock to hip hop. She loved fashion from clothes to hairstyles. She was always encouraging people and letting them know the good she saw in them.
Natausha deeply loved her boys. She was always with them or wanted to be with them. She loved to talk about them any chance she got. It never failed that while out and about she would always see things that reminded her of her babies. She enjoyed watching football, NASCAR, and WWE with her boys or to later be able to talk about it with her boys. She picked out a special song for each of her boys.
Natausha's love, kindness, and encouragement to others will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.
