Patricia Ann Wade of Sand Springs, Oklahoma passed away peacefully on Dec 21st, 2022, surrounded by her loving Son and Daughters. Patricia passed away from complications with Pneumonia after battling several years of Chronic Health Issues. Patricia was born in Yale Oklahoma on 8/23/1941, preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Eunice Ross and husband Billy Dale Wade.
She is survived by her brother Gary Dale Ross, of Tulsa, Ok. Her 3 children, Son, John Russel McGuire of League City, Tx. And 2 Daughters Jean Ann McGuire-Caywood and Sheila Denise McGuire of Sand Springs, Ok. Sister-in-Law; Gloria Ross, Daughter in Law; Debbi McGuire and Son in Law; Rick Caywood. 6 Grandchildren Justin Dean Caywood; Shawn Russel Caywood; Casey Ann Burgess; Sara Diane Putnam; Whitney Nicole Reed and Kelsi Leigh McGuire. As well as her most recent prized accomplishments, her 5 Great Grandchildren, Addison Grace Putnam and Cannon Christopher Putnam, Hudson Wade Burgess, Ava Grace Reed and newest joy, Lylah Jean Reed. As well as many other extended family members, including Nephews, Nieces, and Cousins.
Patricia grew up in West Tulsa and graduated from Webster High School in 1959. She settled down and raised her three children west of Sand Springs, on 5 acres with a pond and all of the animals that her kids could get away with. She worked diligently to provide the best life possible for her family that she loved fiercely. She retired from Corporate Sales, in the Rental Car Industry.
She was the backbone of our family and never let a day go by that she didn't prove it! She was one of a kind. She had a great laugh and the best smile! She never met a stranger. And If you knew you her, you loved her. Unless you crossed one of her "babies" then Momma Bear came out! Her love for her family was undeniable. She loved her kids and grandkids unconditionally. She would (and did) do anything to prove it! She was sharp, strong, and quick witted. She loved to travel, eat good food, Elvis, spending holidays with her family, dealing and playing blackjack, playing Nintendo with her grandkids when they were little, and rocking them to sleep. She left quite a mark on this world and she will truly be missed. She was our Queen and will definitely never be forgotten!
Recently, Patricia came to know the Lord and was Baptized alongside her brother, Gary. By God's Grace, she is now resting peacefully and is no longer suffering. So go rest high on that mountain, mom. You deserve it!
