Patricia "Patty" Dell King, 69, of Sand Springs, OK passed away on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa, OK.

Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service of Sand Springs has been entrusted with the care of the services for Patty.

Patty was born on November 2, 1951 in Hugo to Alvin Arthur and Beulah Ferne (Bryant) King.  She obtained her Nursing Degree, and later her Nurse Practitioner Degree in Neonatal care, practicing at Deaconess Hospital in Oklahoma City for 20 years, and moving to Arizona where she worked for another 20 years, before returning to Sand Springs to care for her mother.  Patty enjoyed traveling, scuba diving, swimming and especially children!  The reason that she loved and excelled at her chosen career.

Survivors include her brother: Arthur Ray (Doris) King; sister, Shirley M. (Ricky) Crenshaw; sister-in-law, Kathy King; many nieces, nephew and great nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.  Patty was preceded in death by her parents and brother James Byron King, III.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will occur on Friday, October 15, 2021 at the chapel of Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service in Sand Springs, beginning at 2:00 p.m.
