Paula Louise Davis, 66 of Sand Springs passed away on Sunday April 24, 2022 at home.

Her services have been entrusted to Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service.

Paula was born on June 20, 1955 to Paul Daniel and Mary Louise (Sexton) Davis in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

She retired from The University of Tulsa, where she designed the layout of and managed the Student convenience store.

Paula loved her family dearly, and held a "Family Fall Festival" every year, where she played games and bingo with her whole family, awarding the winners prizes.  A tradition that her son and daughter said they are definitely going to continue, but call it "Mama Mingo's Bingo and Fall Festival" in honor of her love of the bird and the season.

Paula also enjoyed gardening or anything to do with plants, photography, traveling, the flute and just about anything in purple.

She is survived by her son, J.P. Moorman; daughter, Jennifer Cady (David); her sister, Karen Cypert (Ronald Keith); 3 grandchildren, Allyson, Lauren and Dylan Cady and a great grandson, Jayden McClellan.

Paula was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Mary Davis.

Visitation will be held on Thursday Evening, April 28, 2022 from 6 p to 8 pm at Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service and funeral services on Friday April 29, 2022 at 10 am, in the funeral home chapel.
