Randall Lee Kelley was born March 28, 1951, in Springfield, Missouri, to parents Don and Jerry Kelley. At the age of 73, he passed away peacefully at his home in Sand Springs on January 21, 2025. Known as Randy to most people, he was a fellow Sandite since 1965 and graduated high school in 1969. He enlisted in the Marine Corps after high school and was stationed at Camp Pendleton, San Diego, California, for three years. He was united in marriage to Barbara Olson on April 29, 1972, in Carthage, Missouri, and they shared 52 years together.

He enjoyed watching OU football, NASCAR (an avid fan of Tony Stewart), and playing games on his computer. Most of his adult life, he was self-employed and loved buying and selling things. If someone needed warehouse equipment, he could usually find it for them. He had an ever-loving need for the latest electronic gadgets.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his sister Patricia Phillips, two sisters-in-law, Judy Kelley and Margaret Montgomery, and two brothers-in-law, Gregg Phillips and Jerry Montgomery. He is survived by his wife, Barbara; two daughters, Jennifer Kelley Little and husband Dustin, and Candice Miller and husband Shane. He is also survived by five grandchildren: Tyler Horn, Breana Little (fiancé Bennett Henderson), Olson Miller, Calton Miller, and Dutton Miller, as well as multiple nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was truly loved and will be greatly missed.
