Reagan Lee Hoback was born on June 4, 1997, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and departed this life on January 24, 2025, in Tulsa at the age of 27. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service of Sand Springs.
A lifelong resident of Sand Springs, Reagan was a proud graduate of Charles Page High School, Class of 2015. During her time there, she excelled academically as a member of the National Honor Society and graduated with honors. Though raised in a house divided, Reagan always knew her heart belonged at the University of Tulsa.
At TU, Reagan formed lifelong friendships and upheld her commitment to academic excellence. She was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society and served as treasurer of Information Technologists United. In 2019, she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Computer Information Systems.
Immediately following her graduation, Reagan joined Casino Cash Trac, where she began her career in the support department. Recently promoted to Quality Assurance Analyst, Reagan cherished her work, her company, and the co-workers she regarded as family.
Beyond her professional achievements, Reagan was deeply devoted to her family, friends, and her beloved dog, Trixie. She spent her childhood playing softball, dancing, and being a vibrant part of the Sand Springs community. Reagan was a daddy's girl and her mom's best friend, often caring for her family from a young age.
Reagan is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Ralph and Cathy Wilson; her paternal grandfather, Bruce Hoback; and her aunts, Stacey Wilson, Chrissy Mendenhall, and Sherry Stevens. She is survived by her parents, Bruce Hoback II and Kimberlee Hoback; her brother, Staff Sergeant Ryan Hoback; grandmother, Peggy Hoback; aunt, Jamie Ford; uncle, Robert Hoback; numerous cousins and friends; and her cherished dog, Trixie.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to friends and loved ones who have supported them, including Jill Brewer, Brandy Claybourn, Jamie Payne, the entire Casino Cash Trac team, and cousins Ricky Najera, Millard Lovins, and many others.
A funeral service to celebrate Reagan's life will be held at 9 a.m. on Saturday, February 1, at Sand Springs Church of Christ. Reagan will be laid to rest at Woodland Memorial Park.
Viewing will take place at Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Home on Thursday, January 30, from 3–8 p.m., and Friday, January 31, from 9 a.m.–8 p.m., with the family greeting friends on Friday from 5–7 p.m.
