Roger Dale Orcutt entered his heavenly home on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at the age of 66. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service of Sand Springs.

Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate Roger's life from 3–5 p.m. on Monday, November 3, at the funeral home. This will be a time to share memories, laughter, and the lasting impact Roger made on all who knew him.

Roger was born August 13, 1959, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to Adolphus Delorraine Orcutt and Juanita Ruth (Walker) Orcutt. He attended school at Oaks Indian Mission and spent his summers back home in west Tulsa. From a young age, Roger had a deep love for music. As a teenager, he played in a band, and it was through music that he met the love of his life, Donna Gail Leigh. They met at a lively gathering at Reed Park—a makeshift music festival in a school gymnasium—where Donna's country band performed. Their shared love for music soon became the start of a lifelong duet. The two were married on April 28, 1978, in Tulsa.

Roger and Donna made their home in Tulsa before settling in Sand Springs, where they raised their two sons, Jeremy and Joshua. Roger worked hard to provide for his family, spending 25 years with Baird Manufacturing before opening his own business, Orcutt Machine, in 2007. His dedication and craftsmanship earned him respect throughout the community.

Outside of work, Roger could often be found playing his bass guitar, surrounded by friends during Saturday night jam sessions that lasted for hours. He had a passion for old cars and hot rods, often spending time in the garage with his sons tinkering and talking shop. A loyal OU fan, Roger rarely missed a game.

Those who knew Roger will remember his quick wit, easygoing nature, and generous heart. He was the kind of man who would help anyone who needed it, a good guy through and through. In earlier years, he loved the freedom of the open road on his motorcycle, always with a calm spirit and a smile.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents, Adolphus and Juanita Orcutt; and siblings, James Orcutt, Kenny Orcutt, and Beatrice Harrell.

He is survived by his loving wife, Donna; sons, Jeremy Orcutt and Joshua Orcutt and wife, Brandy; granddaughter, Gentry Orcutt; and siblings, Monte Orcutt and wife, Donna, Roy Orcutt, Cindy Orcutt, and Joy Orcutt.

Roger's life was filled with love, laughter, and music—a melody that will continue in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
