Sarah Nicole
Fergerson
Jan 19, 1985 — Sep 27, 2024
Tulsa
Sarah Nicole Fergerson, a beacon of selflessness and gentleness, whose passion for life was boundless, embarked on her final hike to the heavens on September 27, 2024. Born on January 19, 1985, in Tulsa, Sarah's life was one of unwavering love for God, family, and friends, dedication, and the pursuit of joy in the simplest of things.
Sarah's life was a testament of positivity. She was a cherished daughter to Joanne and Don and the late John (Fuzzy). A nurturing sibling to her brothers: Raymond, Levi, and Casey, as well as her sisters: Marie and Angel. She was a devoted and loving wife to Daniel and shared many years of happiness together. As a mother, she was the embodiment of love and guidance to her children Ezekiel, Marcus, and Molly, instilling in them the values of kindness and the beauty of the natural world.
She loved hiking and exploring, always looking at the world with wonder. Sarah's passion for reading opened up worlds beyond our own, and her commitment to spending time with God provided her with an unshakeable foundation of faith and gratitude.
In her professional life, Sarah excelled in realty, helping countless families find not just houses but homes, where memories are made and cherished. Her love for people and animals was evident to all who knew her, as she created a circle of warmth and care that extended far beyond her immediate family. Sarah was always looking for ways to help anyone who needed help. She was the definition of selfless; she gave all she had even if she had nothing left. She embodies the women who gave all she had to Jesus. "As Jesus looked up, he saw the rich putting their gifts into the temple treasury. He also saw a poor widow put in two small copper coins. 'Truly, I tell you, this poor widow has put in more than all the others. All these people gave their gifts out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in all she had to live on." -Luke 21:1-4 NIV
Sarah's legacy is not one of sorrow but an invitation to love God fully, to embrace the outdoors, to cherish our loved ones, and to always lend a helping hand. She leaves behind a trail of inspiration for all who had the privilege to know her. Sarah Nicole Fergerson, your story continues in the hearts you've touched, and your spirit soars free among the stars.
