Steven Frascini passed from this life on February 11, 2026, at the age of 64.

Steven was born March 4th, 1961, in Buenos Aires, Argentina to Esteban Ceferino Frascini and Delia Elena Ayarza de Frascini. He spent his early years there, where he completed his schooling before moving to California with his older brother, Luis Mario Frascini. Highly intelligent and naturally gifted with his hands, Steven was known as someone who could fix almost anything.

He built a long career in industrial manufacturing, working primarily in the oil and gas industry with Sagebrush Pipeline in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Outside of work, Steven's hobbies reflected his love of engines and craftsmanship. He enjoyed anything with a motor and was an avid Ford enthusiast, car club member, and proud owner of several Mustangs over the years.

Steven appreciated all types of music and frequently attended live shows. He was also a talented carpenter and general contractor who took great pride in building projects and remodeling homes. A lifelong Formula 1 fan, he especially admired driver Emerson Fittipaldi and followed the Ferrari and McLaren teams. For a period of years, he and his family lived in Orange County, California, where he loved attending the Long Beach Grand Prix and enjoyed many family road trips to visit loved ones in Oklahoma.

Steven enjoyed tinkering on anything that needed fixing and took pride in passing his knowledge and strong work ethic on to his children. He also enjoyed firearms as a hobby and could often be found at the shooting range or at local gun shows. Above all, he deeply loved his children and grandchildren and enthusiastically supported them in all their activities. He appreciated musical instruments of all kinds and owned several, making them available for his grandchildren to explore and enjoy.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Steven is survived by his two older siblings, Luis Mario Frascini and Maria Isabel Frascini de Andreu *Chispa* along with their families; former wife, Christie Frascini; his children, Sharlene Owens, Poul Frascini with his wife Carolyn, Frank Owens, and Gannon Frascini with his wife Karlee; and his beloved grandchildren, Daxton, Trulee, Mia, Asher, Kaylee, Maverick, and Waylon.

Steven will be remembered for his intelligence, his mechanical and creative talents, his desire to instill and teach those talents to his children, his sense of adventure, and his deep love and devotion to his family.

A Celebration of Steven's Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at CrossPoint Church in Sand Springs, Oklahoma.
