House, William Loy, age 83 passed away at his home on November 30, 2022.  Retired U.S. postmaster and U.S. Air Force Veteran.  Born Sept. 9, 1939 in Pacific Beach, California.  Predeceased by his parents James and Jay Marie House.  Survived by his wife of over 60 years, Linda.  Private burial arrangements.  Services are entrusted to the Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Home in Sand Springs, Oklahoma.
